Thanksgiving Break is from November 25, 2024, through November 29, 2024.
Thanksgiving is a national holiday that typically falls on the fourth Thursday of November each year. Thanksgiving day is on November 28, 2024.
Winter Recess 2024-2025
The Winter Break starts on December 23, 2024, and runs through January 3, 2025. The kids will return to school on January 6, 2025, when the second semester begins.
Spring Break 2025
Spring Break is from April 14, 2025, through April 18, 2025. The kids will return to school on April 21, 2025.
Generally, spring break for most schools in the United States, including LAUSD, falls the week before Easter.
